These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Gate Planning application ("Service") provided by MO SOFTWARE, s.r.o. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Anyone may create a free 30-day demo environment.
- Access to production environments is subject to approval by MO SOFTWARE.
- User accounts are managed by the designated instance administrator.
- Pricing is based on actual usage per instance.
- Invoices are issued monthly, in arrears, and are payable via bank transfer within 30 days.
- Demo instances are free and expire after 30 days unless converted to production.
- To cancel, contact support via email. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current calendar month.
- The Service is provided with an expected uptime of 99.5% monthly.
- MO SOFTWARE will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability but provides no guarantees of uninterrupted service.
- The Service operates under ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification and includes daily backups.
- Personal data is processed according to EU data protection laws.
- Customers remain data controllers of all information entered into their instance.
MO SOFTWARE is not responsible for interruptions or damages caused by third-party providers.
The Service is provided "as is" with no warranties. MO SOFTWARE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by the courts in Czech Republic.
